A successful season requires lots of on field involvement, no matter what the level of play.  
Every team needs:

• One manager
• Two coaches
• Up to 3 Parent Volunteers

You will not be alone!  CFSLL has a support team of Coaching Coordinators, Player Agents, and Board Members to help you with your questions or concerns.

• To be a baseball teacher and a team leader
• To have fun, it is a game
• To stress safety on and off the field
• Must participate in the CFSLL Coaching Clinic (Managers & Coaches)
• Keep team parents informed of league information and team happenings
• Know and teach the little league rules
• Player motivation and baseball development (it's all about the kids)
• Participate in team draft (Managers only)
• Picking team name (Done at team draft)
• Scheduling/running team practices
• Pick up/distribute team uniforms (before season starts)
• Pick up/distribute end of season player awards
• Running games
• Create team lineup
