Baseball Divisions

T-Ball
T-Ball division is for boys and girls 4-6 years old. The primary goal of T-Ball are to instruct children in the fundamentals of baseball and to allow them to experience the value of teamwork, have fun and make friends. No live pitching is permitted in this division. Scores and standings are not kept and there are no playoffs in this division. This division is best for children who are league age five, and there may be some league age six playing down.  Commitment is usually 1 game with possibly 1 practice per week.

Minors A (Formerly Farm Division)
The Minors A Division is for players league age 7 and 8. A few league age 6 year olds may “play up” in this division if space is available. This is a non-competitive division where standings and scores are not kept. This is an instructional league. Play is on a little league size field (60 ft base paths with a machine pitched ball ( 35-40 mph) at the 46 ft mound). Games are no more than 6 innings in length.  Placement is by draft with league age, previous experience and tryout all being factored in. Commitment is usually 1-2 games with 1 or 2 practices per week.

Minors AA and AAA
The Minors Division is for players league age 9 and 10. A few league age 8 year olds may “play up” in this division if space is available. This is a competitive division where standings are kept but it is still considered instructional. Play is on a little league size field (60 ft base paths and 46 ft mound). Games are 6 innings in length and placement on teams is by draft. The player must attend a tryout. Commitment is usually 2 games per week and 2 practices per week.

AA = Transitional minor league with the introduction of competition. A Regulation baseball is used. Fundamentals of base stealing are introduced. Team records and league standings are kept.
AAA = This is a minor league provides a higher level of competition but is a continuation of the instructional leagues. A regulation baseball is used. Placement is determined by tryouts and player draft. Team records and league standings are kept. 

Majors
The Majors Division is primarily for players league age 11-12. This is a competitive division where standings are kept. Play is on a little league size field (60 ft base paths and 46 ft mound). Games are 6 innings in length and placement on teams is by draft. The player must attend a tryout. Commitment is usually 2 games per week and 2 practices per wee

Juniors
The Juniors Division is for players league age 13-14.  This is a competitive division where standings are kept. Play is on a little league size field (90 ft base paths and 60 ft 6 inch mound). Games are 6 innings in length and placement on teams is by draft. The player must attend a tryout.  Commitment is usually 2 games per week and 2 practices per week.
